Court Administration Diagnostic Mission
EJAM will conduct a Court Administration Diagnostic Mission from 19 to 23 October 2026 to better understand the needs and challenges faced by court administrators and judges’ assistants in Mongolia. The mission will look at both professional development needs and broader factors that affect the effective administration of courts, including procedures, communication, resources and organizational support. The findings will help EJAM and its partner institutions identify practical areas for improvement and inform future training and institutional support. Strengthening court administration can also contribute to more efficient and responsive court services, ultimately helping ensure a better experience for citizens seeking justice.
